All of our nurses offer childhood vaccinations, dressings, venepuncture, ear syringing, travel advice and vaccinations and offer health promotion, health checks and smoking cessation. In addition, Cat and Natasha perform cervical cytology and chronic disease monitoring and management. Please ask at reception for an appointment with the nurse who best suits your needs.
Our practice manager is Jill Towns. If you have any queries or complaints then please do not hesitate to speak to her, she will be happy to help. You can speak to Jill either phone or face to face by asking at reception. All matters are dealt with confidentially and will therefore be taken to an available office within the surgery.
Our administration staff help to keep the practice organised and running smoothly. You may talk to and seek further advice from them in confidence and they will advise you to see if your problem requires further attention.

The doctor may arrange for you to have physiotherapy under the NHS. Treatment is undertaken at the local hospital.
We are fortunate to have medical / nursing students attached to our practice for short periods. If you do not wish to have a student present during your consultation please inform the reception staff prior to seeing the doctor / nurse.
