Make A Start in the Community
Helping Build Connections, One Smile at a Time

Mansfield Palace Theatre in partnership with the NHS are introducing new weekly sessions in the Mansfield area.

What is Make A Start?

This initiative provides:

• Social Connections: Enjoy a cup of tea and a friendly chat while making new friends.
• Creative Activities: Improve dexterity with fun arts and crafts.
• Gentle Exercise: Boost physical health through chair-based exercises.
• Engaging Games: Get involved in enjoyable games like Bingo.
• Music & Laughter: Sing along and share smiles together.

There is no charge to attend and transport will be arranged for those who require it.
