Wheelchair Users Posted or Updated on 15 Mar 2024

NHS Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) are currently reviewing the services provided to wheelchair users across Nottingham & Nottinghamshire and would like to hear from citizens and professionals who have experience of accessing these services.  

The current services offered across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire are varied and we are keen to gather views and feedback to understand how these could be improved and what is already working well.  

You can get involved by: 

1. Completing an online survey by scanning QR code relevant to you or by typing the the link into your browser: https://forms.office.com/e/9nezVEMzt0 (for citizens & carers) or https://forms.office.com/e/zd5gk1x451 (for professionals). Both surveys will close at midnight on 25 March 2024.
2. Attending a virtual focus group on 12 March 2024 at 1pm (for professionals) or 13 March 2024 at 1pm (for citizens & carers).
3. Inviting the team to your community group or event.
